There are common tables repeatedly in the top 10 in terms of space used under Database Growth Management > application data. Some of these tables can not currently be purged/cleaned/deleted from the front end of the application. For example the dbo.error table has no option to clear it's data so it will always increase in size as errors occur in bbis. In contrast for the email tables that frequently feature in the top 10 we have the delete email business process. We should review the top 10 across multiple sites for commonality and provide better deleting options for the tables that take up the most space.
