When a plan is marked historical, have the system automatically end date any active secondary solicitors with date plan marked historical.

Currently, when a plan is marked historical and there are active steps on the plan - an error message appears stating that any active steps on plan must be marked cancelled or accepted before the plan is made historical.

However, if the user forgets to end date any active secondary solicitors theses secondary solicitors continue to appear in the plan section of their MyFundraising page.

This would be eliminated if the system automatically end dated secondary solicitors when the plan was marked historical.
