provide the ability to merge online credentials when merging duplicate Constituents in CRM

As a Data Entry user I would like the ability to merge all online information for my Constituents including BBIS usernames and passwords. When duplicate Constituents exist and both have online logins, best-case scenario would be for both usernames from both duplicate Constituents to be merged into one merged Constituent.

    Also an issue when merging 2 constituent but only one of them have a BBIS login - the associated BBIS account does not automatically synchronise on BBIS causing a mismatch - case 14377781.
