Add a function to "clear results" of a letter assignment process

We assign a lot of different letter codes, all based on different queries, and can make mistakes. The "clear process" option works great later on in the acknowledgement process to unmark gifts as acknowledged, but there's no way to get rid of an incorrect letter code en masse.

Add the option to "Clear Results" for the Assign a letter under Acknowledgments section Merged

When using the Acknowledgment process we need the ability to "Clear Results" for the Assign a letters to allow us to remove all letter from the revenue records for mass revenue processes.
