Our organization raises revenue that is not considered a donation. These are things like cause-related marketing, fee-for-service contracts and investment income. We would use the opportunity area for tracking the potential pipeline for this revenue, but when the revenue is actually realized, we can't link it back to the opportunity.

It's a critical gap that opportunities cannot be linked to 'other' revenue applications. I hope this can be addressed in the near future!
