We have done RFM segmentation to our donors and would like to be able to count the the score based on specific parameters and that to the constituent summary screen to help our donor services to give manage the customer in a better way over the phone, chat etc.
This would help us to get a good retention of our donors if we could catch the ones that a falling behind in their payments and would also in a quick look get the picture what kind of donor your are in contact with.
This functionality looks to be in place in Rasers Edge, but not in CRM, that is a bit strange.
We have the different values as smart fields but that does not give you the overall score for the customer we are looking for
