Stewardship plans cannot be historied as they are completed or become inactive. Historical functionality exists for Prospect Plans. The only option for Stewardship Plans currently is to add the word "Historied" in the stewardship plan title. They currently clutter CRM because there's no way to hide from a fundraiser's page. Prospect Plans provide a filter to include/exclude historical plans - Stewardship plans need these same options.
