Remove column for BUSINESSPROCESSOUTPUT_PKID that is automatically inserted into the file in the first column

When exporting constituent data using one of the export definitions, a column for BUSINESSPROCESSOUTPUT_PKID is automatically inserted into the file in the first column.  It would be nice to have a way to prevent this. That column could be causing data issues for automatic imports.

    Yes, remove BUSINESSPROCESSOUTPUT_PKID and also "CNS" from the beginning of the column headers. The column headers should also output with the title like query.

    Yes, removing this column will be super helpful for all exports to 3rd party vendors
