Generate E-Receipts from BBCRM Merged

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for more online functionality, especially with many workers working from home. Receipting is an important element in the fundraising process and it would be very useful and environmentally friendly if functionality in BBCRM allowed the creation of e-receipts for gifts processed in BBCRM.
