Currently when donating and signing-up online in BBIS, the only phone type available is "Home Phone", this needs to be expanded to include all other phone types in CRM (mobile, work phone etc).
Additionally - should correlate to the phone types in CRM, otherwise, we have to MANUALLY update the phone type in CRM. Frustration waste of time - systems should be integrated!!!
This is would be a tremendous help. And I agree that the choices should come from CRM.
