We've been informed that you cannot delete a title or suffix, from the configuration area, even if no constituents have that title or suffix... IF the value is in a batch (committed or deleted included). This should be fixed. As part of data hygiene we have interest in cleaning up a number of our code tables and may not be as successful as we would have liked. Suggestion: Allow configurations to be deleted IF the value is not used on a constituent record.
