allow a confirmation status of 'confirmed' when deceasing a constituent

It would be nice to have the option of simply 'confirming' the death rather than having as choices "Unconfirmed, Death Certificate, and Family Member". Could not "Confirmed" be added to this list?

    I agree - I assume that the values 'Death Certificate' and 'Family Member' are supposed to represent two ways by which the death was confirmed; but there could be other ways - notably via an Obituary.

    I agree too. I think it ought to be simply "Confirmed" and "Unconfirmed", then we use the editable Source code table for how we were notified - Obituary, Bank notified, Lawyer notified etc.

    At the very least, being able to hide the Confirmation field would be good. We won't be using it (we are including confirmation status under Source), so it's only going to cause confusion having it there.
