Allow the ability to change deceased confirmation codes
Currently, deceased confirmation codes are hard-coded within CRM. Users would like the ability to change those.

Make the decease confirmation reason list editable/a code table
Merged Right now you have choices of Unconfirmed, Relative Verified, Death Certificate as the 3 possible decease confirmation options. Honestly has anyone actually gotten a copy of a death certificate? So really there are just 2 usful options. This shoul...3 Reviewed: Voting Open

Make the "Confirmation" code table on the "Mark Deceased" form editable, make the field hideable or hard code just 2 values of "Confirmed" and "Unconfirmed"
