Currently BBEC adds a notation outside of the start date field in the 'Edit address' dialog box that lists the date of creation. It would be more useful for this to auto-populate in the start date field, along with the option to change it if we wish. This would also be very useful in the 'Edit email address' and 'Edit phone number' dialog boxes as well.
