BBIS donation from an organisation should automatically create a relationship to a constituent as a contact in CRM

If I give a donation on behalf of an organisation via BBIS - the organisation is added into CRM, but the contact person doesn't appear to be - either as a named contact or as a linked constituent with a relationship. The person should be linked to the donation if they have provided their name. At present the contact details are stored on a revenue note - but this could easily be overlooked, and then useful information about the constituent is lost. Raisers Edge and BBNC do apparently store both constituents and the relationship between them, so why doesn't CRM and BBIS?
