This needs to be addressed. There are many instances in which we want to email individuals and also organizations who are constituents. Having to work around this limitation and import lists to send to organizations produces so much extra work it is unreal. Not to mention the countless files and queries being stored that wouldn't need to be if they were just treated like individual constituents.
This is deceiving. If the source type in the BBIS email list is "constituent" then it should include all constituents in that selection, regardless of their "type".
This is a very annoying limitation. There are all sorts of emails which we send from BBIS, e.g., our regular supporter journeys, which can contain both individuals and organisations. The organisations have been being silently missed out. Please remove this limitation.
Completely bizarre that this doesn't exist given Blackbaud's client base consists of organisations that fundraise or work with other organisations
Please PLEASE fix this!!!
Whoa. Is this still the case? If so this is ridiculous. I just tried to send my first all org email and it pulled 0 recipients.
