Create a Custom Email Alert to Notify a System Administrator When a Business Process Failed
We cannot find a way to set up a business process email alert to notify system administrators when a process; global change, KPI, queue, smart fields, exports, etc (anything where you can schedule a job) fails. Currently we are going through these manually.

Unsure if you resolved this, but I have this set up, and it works great! I know instantly when something fails. If it's still an issue for you, shoot me an email at aspaziani@americares.org and i'll send you over instructions!
It will be better if the email notification is also sent to the process owner/creator.
