Allow a data list to be copied

Allow a data list to be copied or provide a save as function on the create data list function so that when creating similar data lists the whole data list doesn't have to be recreated.

    This would be a huge help.  We often create a data list that is really helpful for one group and then want to reuse it with some small tweaks.  having to start from scratch takes up a lot of time.

    This would really help us a lot as we use data lists a lot and create similar ones for each succeeding year. (People want to see more than one year's worth of data at a time.)

    Yes, this would be extremely helpful.  It is a pain having to manually create all the criteria and output field names for a similar data list, when a 'save as' function would do the job in seconds.

    This would be INCREDIBLY helpful. We use the 'save as' function with queries all the time. It would be SO beneficial to have a save as function with data lists as well. This effects us heavily.
