Global Data Entry Settings - Separate Standard Capitalisation options for Name and Address

We like the standard capitalisation options to ensure values are correctly capitalised for first and last names, however as we have QAS address validation installed, we don't like it when addresses are corrected after they have been validated by QAS. It would be great it we could choose to capitalize names and addresses separately.

    It is also necessary to be able to have different capitalisation setting for different sites - particularly when different sites are used for different countries. For example, capitalising some of the names in the Netherlands is incorrect.
