As a development officer, I need to see the correspondence sent to a donor to understand the type and frequency of communication from our org. The Communications datalist on a constituent record shows all communications sent, but may only be filtered by one Communication Type at a time. For donors who make frequent gifts, that datalist becomes cluttered with Receipt mailings, which is not necessarily as "meaningful" a correspondence as other types. It would be useful if one could select multiple Communication Types at a time on the datalist filter, and so easily include all but one or two types of communications at once.
