BBIS time gets updated based on the UK and the US daylight saving dates, however, for users in Australia, the time is off in between that period (usually for 2-4 weeks) twice a year (April and October).
This causes impact on scheduled emails and email statistics with send, click times being reported incorrectly.
You can manually update the timezone to one that is +1 from your current timezone, but you would need to manually change it back.
Worth also noting that NZDT is GMT+13 which isn't even an option in BBIS.
