BBIS URL redirects return results for all sites, Friendly URLs are restricted to specific site. A college user cannot use the BBIS URL feature because it is not permissioned for him, yet he can access Friendly URLs. We cannot give the user permissions for BBIS URL redirects because it would open it up to him for all sites.

These seem like very similar features, please apply the same security settings for both.
