Use the Checkout Feature on the Event Registration Form

Use the checkout feature (currently used for Mini Donation Form) on the new Event Registration Form. This would allow us to use the form as we have multiple sites that pull a consolidated CSS code so the payment page does not work for our needs.

    This is planned for release on the Event Registration Form (Event 2.0) in SP19 - January 2019 release.
