bring back the ability to add links to images in CRM

With version 7.1.173.53 whenever anyone on my staff attempts to add a link on an image either the insert link screen doesn't close or if it does the link does not save.  This is mentioned in KB article 112883 but as it stands right now if we want to have a link on an image we have to go into the source code and manually add that link.

    This is planned for the SP15 release coming up in February as part of a tinyMCE update.
