Can you make the survey part more user friendly to use by  making less steps and more visuality. Now the part does not show how the questionaire actually looks like and you need to manually add that to a page in a different place. And then you need to create the e-mail to be sent out again in a different place. It would be great to have a flow for creating surveys in one place.
