It would be great to use BBIS & CRM for Email Marketing Campaigns and also have access to testing, tracking and reporting tools available in other email marketing products (such as Campaign Monitor).
Such features which would be extremely useful could include:
- The ability to test an email before it is sent for browser/email client compatibility (eg design and spam testing tool )
- Reporting on what browser or email client a user viewed the email on.
It would also be great to provide access to these reports directly from CRM - especially if linked to a Marketing Effort.
