Oxford would like to request a feature that enables alumni to reset their own passwords on BBIS websites. This could be achieved by either a) emailing a reset code or link to the constituent's Net Community email address or b) Setting security questions for the user to answer in order to enable the reset. This is standard functionality for websites that require users to log in - indeed, the Blackbaud website Knowledgebase has such a feature enabled.
