Allow the importing of appeal and interaction responses
Functionality exists for both an appeals and interactions to manually add/edit responses.
Allow for the import of this information via import/Batch.

This was shipped in the first release of Bulk Import in Q2 2018. Bulk Import is available to the majority of our hosted customers.

We send out annual Proxy Ballots and the turnaround response time is tight. Due to that, the responses are tracked externally. After this period we have all the data ready for a bulk import of interactions with responses. We are not hosted, though need the capability.
This functionality has been included in the bulk import service which will be available by the end of Q2 2018 to customers hosted in the Boston data center.
As we are now in Q2 2018, I wonder if this is still being worked on, or whether we should seek alternative options.
This is planned as part of the Bulk Import feature scheduled for a Q1 2017 EAP.
