When adding information via a Batch (such as Enhanced Revenue or Constituent Update), duplicates are determined by the settings specified by the user. There is a threshold percent in which records are automatically added as a match, and a range where a user would manually review the matches. If there are multiple matches with an identical percentage above the threshold, CRM currently selects one instead of allowing the user to select.
