We have several businesses that have Initials as their name, for example AMP. We are unable to make this all in upper case without having to put a stop in between each letter (A.M.P.). This is not how each of these businesses brand themselves and we cannot send letters out the way Blackbaud is allowing us format. I suggest we have the ability to use uppercase where needed.
