Create a "Posted outside of BBEC" or similar status so BBEC could generate future adjustments for PTGL and reporting on transactions that were not initially posted by BBEC.

Examples would include Cash Receipt gifts were the funds have already been deposited before the gift is recorded or a cash where we are recording gifts from a school or unit where the gift has been deposited via a separate merchant before being recorded.

The gifts are still on the general ledger and may need future adjustments, even if BBEC did not generate the initial post
