Generate new GL distributions for changes to a revenue field that drives/calculates a GL segment mapping

When "Appeal" or "Inbound Channel" are used to drive/calculate a specific GL Segment mapping, any adjustments (via ad hoc form or revenue update batch) to these fields on a revenue transaction should produce new GL distributions.

But BCRM fails to do this for basic out-of-the-box GL segment mapping fields like "Appeal", "Inbound Channel", etc.

For example, Inbound Channel drives one of our GL segments. When we change Inbound Channel in a Revenue Update batch, the GL distributions stay exactly the same. Since this field drive our GL mapping, an adjustment to "Inbound Channel" needs to regenerate the GL distributions.

BCRM forces us to do a minimum of two separate Revenue Update batches to update a single transaction. (More update batches are needed if any payments on pledges are involved.)

1. Adjust the revenue on the transaction down to zero (ex: from $250.00 down to $0.00). This forces BCRM to create a set of reversing GL distributions.

2. Adjust the same revenue back to the original amount (ex: from $0.00 back up to $250.00), and also edit the Inbound Channel. This forces BCRM to generate the correct GL distributions...which BCRM should have done with a single Revenue Update.

Please correct this oversight in the basic GL/Revenue Update functionality.
