Build relationship between planned gift type and Generate GL Distributions

Build a relationship between the planned gift (PG) type (revocable / irrevocable) and the Generate GL Distributions checkbox on the Add planned gift as Revenue form. If the PG is revocable, default the Generate GL Distributions checkbox to unchecked/unselected. If the PG is irrevocable, default the Generate GL Distributions checkbox to checked/selected.
