The current Reconcile Matching Gift functionality modifies the original GL distribution by reducing the debit and credit amounts to the amount that is not applied to claims. This is incorrect from a GL standpoint and this functionality should be changed to handle GL distributions like the edit posted payment form or revenue update batch.
