When creating Interactions and Prospect Plan steps, the Subcategory field is skipped when using the Tab key on the keyboard; however, the Subcategory field is available for selection with a manual mouse click or by using the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard. Note: The Subcategory field is required, so the Step/s can't be Saved without it.
 
I suggest functionality should be available regardless of the process that you enter content for the interactions; whether it is through tabbing with the keyboard, using the up/down arrow key, or manually selection with the mouse. I request functionality so that the Subcategory field is not skipped when using the Tab key on the keyboard, similar to the functionality provided above for the mouse click and/or up\down arrow key.
