Ability to add an ad-hoc query or selection to Constituency Criteria (for Donor, Loyal Donor, Major Donor).

Currently, the selection criteria is fairly ridged. Allowing the choice of an ad-hoc query would create a more dynamic approach to donor criteria.

Note: There was a similar request 10 months ago asking to allow Donor criteria to be defined via an organisation or individual relation. This would be resolved by using an ad-hoc query or selection.
