When performing WealthPoint screenings, history entries are made into table WPSEARCHHISTORY.  When a Research List that was previously screened, is deleted, their corresponding screening history in WPSSEARCHHISTORY is also deleted.  This unexpected behavior removes historical information that would be valuable for audit, and research purposes, and is inconsistent with the archived features with some other elements in CRM, where "delete" is a status change.
