The ResearchPoint portion of the CRM (labeled Wealth & Ratings) isn't getting updated when Blackbaud releases a new service pack. In discussion with the ResearchPoint representative, there are useful new features available that are not getting surface in the CRM Wealth & Ratings.

The items that have been updated in ResearchPoint <https://www.blackbaud.com/howto/researchpoint.aspx> that would benefit us as CRM users are as follows:

* Historical income

* Split Research Lists

* Research status column on Research List

* Wealth Capacity calculations including manually-added sources to the calculation by default
