For example, when visiting the release notes, in the section "Issues addressed in CRM 4.0 prior to Service Pack...", patch number is provided next to the bug. This number is meaningless to organizations. We understand the patches are cumulative over time, but it does not assist with deciphering the issues report.
Please replace that Patch number column with Service Pack instead.
