We would like to utilize this field more for tracking prospect level of interest or inclination, but the hard coded choices turn off the fundraisers.  Using terms like negative and positive are not reflective of the personal nature of relationship building that takes place in cultivation.  First option would be to make this a customizable field versus hard coding but if that is not possible, please consider changing the levels to things like, "Strongly inclined to give", "Inclined to give" and so on down the scale.
