Allow a data list to be saved as an ad-hoc query

We can save an ad-hoc query as a data list.  It would be very helpful to be able to do the reverse, so that, for example, if we were working on a data list and wanted to experiment with different criteria, or use the criteria to pull into some other system process via a selection, we could do so.

This could be a workaround for, or a companion for, the existing 'idea' of copying a data list (https://bbcrm.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CRM-I-81).

    This will come in very handy when you have data lists that you want to export to another environment as the Configuration Export allows queries to be exported but not data lists. Currently, I have to ensure any changes made to complex data lists are mimicked in a query so I can export them.
