Creation of a household account and 2 associated individual from an enhanced revenue batch

Currently it is not possible to create a household account and two associated individual accounts with a gift in a revenue or enhanced revenue batch. This would help streamline the process and save creating a Constituent Update Batch after the fact.

    When processing thousands of gifts through batch, a 2 cycle process to create a gift and its associated account(s) is not very practical. This would be a good improvement to capture both donor and gift info in a single upload
