After a password rotation we have many instances where the OLTP account becomes locked because a report using the old credentials attempts to refresh. This is very frustrating because there is no way for us as admins to manually unlock the account and we are forced to wait 30 minutes.
I'm sure most users will have their reports on scheduled refreshes. A 30 min lockout causes a mass of failure notifications when these reports cannot refresh. Having a manual unlock for admins seems like a no-brainer to me.

Adding the task option to the "CRM Cloud Portal" would do the trick. Having an additional readonly account(s) that's on an alternate rotation schedule would also help.
