Add a task option to unlock and/or force rotate the readonly DB account from within the CRM Cloud Portal. Currently password rotation day results in a day of waiting for the account to unlock as it it updated with the services/users that are using it.

100% agree that we need to be able to manually rotate the RODA passwords. Not being able to do so can result in outages and adds work as these passwords cannot be part of a scheduled mass password update regimen.
