We've been used to the 15 minute inactivity timeout for BBCRM, and whilst it can be annoying, we were surprised to find, on moving to BB ID, a 90 minute timeout, and that it can't be changed at the moment.
It'd be ideal if we could specify a different (lower) timeout, e.g., 30 minutes.
We do have an automatic Windows screen lock after 15 minutes, so the BB ID timeout being too long is not a critical concern, but it is a moderate security concern for us.

BBID timeouts are not controlled by our Products, they are Blackbaud system-wide and so Blackbaud CRM is unable to make changes to this setting. We will consider the option to implement a Blackbaud CRM specific configurable timeout within the application.
