Add the ability to update Do Not Call Reason in update batch

Currently the system allows you to update the Do not Call through the update batch but does not allow for a reason. Reason is needed for Do Not Call List or Constituent request.

    We use this field to track the reason out call center software coded a phone number invalid.  We get phone updates from them in bulk, and the fact we can't get to this field makes it almost impossible to streamline the updates.

    Bug in my previous comment.

    Why is this field missing from the Phones collection in the Constituent Update batch?

    This is certainly a BUG and it spoils the functionality for constituent import.

    We need this option at Brown. This would make things much better for us and our data even cleaner. PLEASE add this!
