Automatically sync BBIS Emails sent to the Constituent record in CRM communications
All donations are brought into CRM and recorded against a constituent from BBIS, however the acknowledgement emails sent to the donor do not get brought into CRM and are only visible in BBIS. There should be a sync between BBIS and CRM to copy the communication across to CRM, so we can see the constituent was sent the email. Currently, this only happens for donors who are registered and signed into BBIS when they make their donation.
