Make the timer on the event registration form configurable

Today, a timer is present for the end user on an event registration form if the event is restricted to capacity. This timer is for 10 minutes; however, when many events are present on the form 10 minutes may not be enough time for the user to complete the form.

We want to extend, or make configurable, the timer on a per form basis.

We are struggling with this as well. Many of our events have sub-events, and 10 minutes is not enough time to register. We also have scenarios where one person registers multiple attendees and the form times out before they can complete registration.

We have struggled with this as well. If it is a large event with many sub events or a multi day event, we really need to be able to change the time on this.

Ten minutes is not enough for forms with numerous sub events and our older registrants who need a little more time to understand the technology.
