When you create an email in BBIS you are required to associate with an appeal and when the email is sent a communication is created for constituents with the type of "Appeal Mailing", but no "Appeal Mailing" but not CRM appeal mailing is created. This means, that if you want to link an email appeal mailing/effort to a piece of revenue, you have to create a dummy Appeal Mailing in CRM. It seems like an appeal mailing/effort should actually be created in CRM that the revenue can be linked to when the email is sent.
