When/if a user makes changes to an email message and saves after another user makes an edit, such as removing or changing the recipient list, when checking the Email Statistics afterward, the List section will show no queries associated to the job. It would be convenient to add a validation rule that prevents any scheduled/ prepared email jobs from being overwritten when the Save button is clicked. Just like it does once you mark an email as Send Final. The system would prompt a message indicating that the job has been scheduled and it cannot be modified.
